We Can Balance
& Rebuild Your Bite

In this video, Dr. Mohamed Saccoh explains how long-term teeth grinding and bite problems can wear down or damage every tooth, making full mouth restoration necessary. He emphasizes the importance of a precise diagnosis and creating an orthotic to establish a comfortable, stable bite before touching any teeth. By testing and confirming muscle relaxation and function in this new position, our team can complete the final restoration with confidence and predictability.

Common Concerns We Can Treat

With Full Mouth Reconstruction

Have you been living with pain, discomfort, and trouble chewing? Our caring dentists frequently put together custom plans for Baltimore full mouth reconstruction patients just like you. Together, they can resolve tooth and gum problems like:

  • A Missing Tooth
  • Broken or Worn Teeth
  • Complete Tooth Loss
  • Decayed Teeth
  • Gum Disease
  • Infected Teeth

We Keep You Comfortable

Our Practice Uses
Three Methods

Dr. Robinson, Dr. Saccoh, and the rest of our compassionate staff believe in maintaining a welcoming environment for all. If nerves are getting in the way of your visit, we can address them directly with:

  1. Our Caring Team

Our team is not here to judge. We genuinely care about helping you feel and look your best, and will make sure you're at ease throughout your custom restorative treatment.

  2. Local Anesthetic

Getting a new smile doesn't have to be uncomfortable. We apply a local anesthetic when needed, so the most you'll feel is a little pressure.

  3. Sedation Dentistry

Some of our patients need a little more help staying relaxed. Oral conscious sedation is a prescribed pill taken before your visit, so you'll be awake but feel completely calm. Because of the soothing effects, you will need someone to both drive to your visit and home again after.

“They pulled my infected tooth, without pain. They numbed me, talked to me as they were doing it, calmed my fears and wiped my tears. Even the front desk ladies were great. By the way, it was an urgent appointment that I had called in that morning after 10am and they saw me at 2pm.” —Jackie, 5-Star Review

We Are Proud to Offer All-on-4  The Best Solution for Complete Tooth Loss

In some circumstances, the best option for restoring a patient's oral health and improving their quality of life is to remove what remains of their natural teeth and provide a custom denture. Thanks to All-on-4®, dentures are more secure, functional, and comfortable than ever—but with fewer implants.

In the past, implant-supported dentures could require as many as eight dental implants to remain in place. Now, with the All-on-4 method, Dr. Saccoh can attach a complete denture to as few as four dental implants. Because the implants are specially designed and inserted at a precise angle, many patients can receive All-on-4 dentures without going through preparatory bone grafting.

Not all Baltimore-area dentists are qualified to offer All-on-4, but Dr. Saccoh of Joppa, MD, is not like most dentists. As a member of the prestigious International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Dr. Saccoh has the skill and experience required to both surgically place dental implants and attach the implant-supported denture.

What Else Can a Full Mouth Reconstruction Involve?

A full mouth reconstruction at our Maryland dentistry practice is customized to fit your needs. Restorative treatment options may include:

  • Fillings

Dentists use fillings to replace tissue after cavity treatment. Dr. Saccoh and Dr. Robinson use tooth-colored fillings that are much less noticeable than traditional metal fillings. Many full mouth reconstructions involve removing old metal fillings and replacing them with tooth-colored alternatives.

  • Periodontal Care

Gum disease is a serious issue that can cause whole-body health problems if left untreated. Our dentists offer periodontal therapy to treat and manage gum disease.

  • Root Canal Therapy

An infected tooth can cause pain, and the infection can spread throughout your body if it is not treated. Our dentists can restore health to your tooth through root canal therapy, followed by a CEREC same-day crown.

  • TMJ Treatment

Did you know that oral health issues and the alignment of your bite can affect the muscles in your jaw? Many patients who require full mouth reconstructions experience jaw pain or clicking and popping sensations when they open their mouths. Our dentists can design your full mouth reconstruction so that it addresses the issues affecting your temporomandibular joints (TMJs).

  • Dental Crowns

A traditional crown is a cap used to protect a compromised tooth, while an implant-supported crown is attached to a dental implant to replace a missing tooth. Our office in Joppa, MD, features a state-of-the-art CEREC milling machine, which enables our dentists to design and manufacture a permanent crown in less than an hour.

  • Dental Implants

Dental implants are titanium posts that replace lost tooth roots. We handle every aspect of implant dentistry at our Baltimore-area office, including implant surgery and implant restoration.

  • Traditional Dentures

In addition to implant-supported dentures, our dentist also offers traditional full and partial dentures. Like all of our restorations, our dentures are completely natural-looking and custom-designed to fit comfortably in your mouth.

Polish Your Results

with Cosmetic Dentistry

Full mouth reconstructions are mostly focused on restoring oral health and basic function to patients with severely compromised teeth and gums. However, many patients choose to take their treatments a step further by enhancing the aesthetics of their smiles through cosmetic dentistry.

At Family, Cosmetic & Implant Dental Care in Joppa, MD, we offer many cosmetic solutions. One of our most popular treatments is veneers. Veneers are thin shells that Dr. Saccoh can attach to the surfaces of your teeth, obscuring imperfections like stains, chips, and cracks.

When you discuss your goals with Dr. Saccoh during your initial consultation, he can explain which cosmetic solutions can help you achieve the smile of your dreams.
