Dental Patient Review

My name's Peggy Hawkins, and I've been coming to Dr. Saccoh's office since, I think, 2010, or maybe a little earlier. My first visit's because I was having a issue with one of my front teeth. And I came in, got greeted like I was a family member, sat down, talked, filled out my paperwork, he came in, then I met Dr. Saccoh. I was referred by a co-worker who lives out here also, and I had just moved out this way, and I was looking for a dentist closer to where I lived at, and I felt real comfortable when I walked into the office. I used to be kind of, had a little phobia about going to the dentist because I had one dentist who was always just hands on. This was different. This was more relaxing. It's almost like when you walk into the office like you took a sedative when you walked into the office because the atmosphere's so nice. What impressed me the most is first impressions mean a lot, so when I first came in, the way I was greeted. And then as far as the people up front, the front desk, awesome. I mean, very pleasant, very helpful, helped you fill out the paperwork if you needed help, and answered any questions you may have, told you anything about pricing that you might have. But then when you meet Dr. Saccoh, it's a different experience. It's just like, "This is my little brother." And it was very easy to get comfortable with him. I wasn't afraid of getting any shots, if I had to get any shots or anything, because he made it so comfortable. It's unique because you don't have to go outside of the office to get anything done dental. He does it all here. And he explains to you the treatment steps from step 1 to step 10 if you have 10 steps. And it's easier and they explain the pricing. They go through your insurance company theirselves and talk to them, so that's what makes it very easy. You don't have to go to different offices. A lot of places, you got to go to a orthodontist or somewhere else for endodontist. So it's different. I would like to say, "Good job. You're excellent. You're awesome." I don't know anybody could work any way you do because you just make it so easy for people to come in and say, "Okay, I'm not afraid to come to the dentist. I'm not afraid to talk to anyone." Then when you come to the front desk after being with him, it's like, it's just such a relief.
